With the signature red umbrella centred on the lake next to the 15th green, TPC River Highlands played extremely well for high scoring on a closing Sunday.
Ryan Moore looked comfortable going into round four of the Travelers Championship after leading on Friday and Saturday. Unfortunately for him it was not to be as Sergio Garcia and Aaron Baddeley tied for the lead early in the round. Through the front nine a battle between Baddeley and Garcia ensued but was cut short as Baddeley dropped two shots leaving Garcia in the lead. Garcia was quickly over taken by a determined K.J Choi who had an extremely good Sunday with the putter. Enter Kevin Streelman, starting off the back nine with two Pars Streelman managed a total of seven birdies from the 12th to the 18th, managing a round score of 64 on the cards and -15 for the tournament.
With two holes left for Garcia and Choi to play, Garcia managed to make the birdie on the 17th to join Choi tied for second but neither was able to make the birdie putt on the 18th to force a play-off. With a trailing Aaron Baddeley unable to make a hole out on the 18th for a birdie the championship belonged to a deserving Kevin Streelman.
